This was delicious! We got the tomato and spicy pork broth. I really enjoyed the brisket too. Lily served us and was very nice and attentive, even giving me a hair tie at the beginning of the meal! We went during the 31% off, and the price was still a bit expensive ($90 for two people) but the complimentary snacks and dessert were great. They even gave us a sample of the tomato soup base!

Went with a party of 4 and had Lily as our server at table 55. Really enjoyable experience and a lot of broth options. Had a neat sauce and sides bar. It was all of our first time and it was solid. We got pork bone and sukiyaki broth. I really loved the sukiyaki but my girlfriend loved the pork broth. There is even a hidden code system to receive some gifts too! Really fun!

Love to come here!.. a little pricey but it worth it once in a while. The meat and vegetables are fresh. They have a lot of choices so even you are vegetarian or meat eater. Their Service was excellent and very entertaning! They even had a robot lol! The ambiance was cozy and look clean! Its also good for small or big group! Tip: Parking is not free and no validation

Made a reservation with Yelp and got seated right on time. Service with Mae was excellent and attentive! Withe the beef tenderloin and kurobata pork we also ordered the mixed vegetables, meat balls, noodles and mochi fish cakes along with the sukiyaki and miso broth. Sukiyaki was my favorite it became so flavorful after cooking the meat. Sauce bar was plentiful l. Only thing we tried the secret codes but the server either didn't understand or they don't do it anymore... Restaurant gets really crowded at dinner definitely get there early if you can otherwise it will be noisy!

This place is top-tier for some fantastic hot pot, and I would recommend it to anyone! Their service was exceptional, and their meats and soup were delicious. It is very pricey but worth it if you want to spend an extra dime. I would say this isn't a beginner spot. Upon arriving, we sat right away for lunch on a sunny Saturday! The space was huge and perfect for groups. We sat by their toppings and snack bar, which was convenient. An employee came to take our order with an iPad; it was overwhelming because there were so many options, but we ordered four different soups, two meats, and a bunch of toppings for our soup. I recommend the tomato soup base, which was unique, the pork bone soup base (my favorite), and miso soup (classic miso flavor). Next time, we will narrow it down to two bases because there were too many flavors to keep up. My favorite part was the snack bar and the snacks on the table HAHA

This was my first time going to hot pot ever! I'm really glad I chose Haidilao because the staff made my experience so easy with explaining the entire process and all of the menu items that were meat free since I'm a vegetarian. We got handed an apron, hand wipe, plastic ziploc for our phones, and a hair tie for me. Super thoughtful. I was very impressed with the apron and hair tie. The food also came out in less than 5 min from ordering on the iPad. Very timely! They gave us a complimentary appetizer of kimichi and a seaweed salad as well as some chips to snack on. I got the mushroom based broth. It was incredibly flavorful and had an array of mushrooms already inside. I also got udon noodles, enoki mushrooms, broccoli, fried tofu, and baby bok choy. The broth made all of the fixings taste divine! Everything cooked within 2-5 min. We also ordered the house sake cold. It was pretty tasty! This was my 2nd time trying sake and it tasted like white wine but with the punch of hard alcohol...I see why people like it hehe. The one thing I would have loved was more readily available dishware. They supply a small appetizer plate and chopsticks. Would have loved to see some bowls and soup spoons out or brought with our food. The food was incredibly delicious and I loved how we had the capability to order more food from the iPad without having to flag the waiter down if we wanted. They also had little cat robots roaming around carrying customer's food. So cute! The staff were so attentive with our needs and made sure we were taken care of. The variety of vegetarian options was also super surprising. Really loved coming here. Definitely will be back!

The food is so delicious and the servers were all super nice! Definitey coming back. Best hot pot restaurant in the Los Angeles area.

Always hit the spot! I love the tomato and spicy soup base. Staff is very welcoming :)

So I really really wanted to love this place but I just didn't. 10 stars for the ambiance and the service! It was top notch. I've never been to a restaurant with service like that! But unfortunately you don't go back to restaurants for just how it looks. The meats were good but the veggies were lacking. I feel like they need more variety. It's not self serve either. Only the dips and desserts are. The kimchi is some of the best kimchi I've had! So you sit down and order everything you want from the iPad they give you. First you order your broths. We only liked the tom yum one and the tomato based one. But you can get up to 4 different broths. Then they bring that out and you order your meats and veggies. And when they come, you throw them into the broth and let them cook.

This hot pot restaurant is very delicious. The meat is very fresh. I like the different space and the snakes are very abundant. The waitress are patient and friendly. We enjoy the weather here. It is the only restaurant that is open after 9 PM and we just come in my new house today really excited to have a hot pot to celebrate this important moment
